FAQ About MedFive™
1. HOW DO I CONTACT MEDFIVE?
Hours of operation are 9:00 am until 5:00 pm (PST) Mondays thru Friday. If there is no answer to your phone call, please leave a message and someone will get back to you.
2. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO STAY ON MEDFIVE?
The body is constantly building plaque; therefore the answer to this question would be “forever”. However, the system is intended to be taken twice a day - once results have been achieved, some customers go on a maintenance program where they only take Medfive once a day – thus a one month supply now lasts for two months. Financial considerations often make customers reduce the frequency of shipments.
3. WHAT IS THE AUTOSHIP OPTION?
Medfive maintains a database of our customers which allow us to ship follow up product every 30 days. This process is known as “Autoship”. When you place your initial order with customer service, you should be informed that there is an autoship process. Medfive is not designed to be taken for only one month – it is an ongoing commitment.
After your first initial order of receiving Bottle #1 (1 Bottle equals a Year Supply) & Bottle #2 (Month Supply). You will automatically receive a new Step #2 Bottle of Med Five every month and you lock in the price of $89.95 + S/H for as long as you're a customer. There is no minimum number of systems to buy, and you can cancel your AUTOSHIP OPTION at any time. To cancel simply email email@example.com to inform us that you would like to stop your AutoShip Option.
4. IS IT LESS EXPENSIVE TO ORDER MORE THAN ONE MONTH AT A TIME?
There is a reduction in the amount of shipping and handling when you order more than one month at a time. Normally, S&H is $9.95 per system.
5. DOES MEDFIVE INTERFERE WITH OTHER MEDICINES THAT I AM TAKING?
Medfive does not interfere with any other medicines that you might be taking. We have found in several instances that Medfive will reduce blood pressure thus resulting in the individual eliminating the use of blood pressure medicine. We do not recommend that you discontinue any prescribed medicine without your doctor’s consent.
6. CAN I PURCHASE INDIVIDUAL BOTTLES OF MEDFIVE?
Absolutely, YES. Medfive’s Clean Life (the mouthwash additive) is often purchased separately at $29.95 plus applicable shipping costs.
7. DOES MEDFIVE HAVE A DISTRIBUTOR OFFER?
At this time, the answer is no. We do, however, offer an affiliate program. Under the affiliate program, you are provided an affiliate number and whenever sales are generated as a result of your referrals; your affiliate number is stored with the customer. You will receive 5% of all sales that are generated by the affiliate number assigned to you.
8. DOES MEDFIVE SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?
Currently, Medfive ships to customers to the following countries: Canada, New Zealand, Australia, France, Italy, Great Britain, Africa, South America and Turkey. There are additional charges for S&H for international orders based upon the destination.
9. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE OFFERED BY MEDFIVE?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Checks are accepted.
10. ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS FROM TAKING MEDFIVE?
Very few customers have experienced any side effects. These side effects consist of diarrhea or constipation which will last only a few days. The primary ingredient's are safe and effective ”food grade” product found in many foods.
11. HOW CAN I ASSIST MEDFIVE WITH ON-GOING STUDIES?
Medfive is always looking for testimonials from our customers that offer information on results from taking Medfive. Please forward any such information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
12. HOW LONG HAS MEDFIVE BEEN ON THE MARKET?
Medfive has been on the market for more than 12 years, but key ingredients in Medfive have been on the market for over 60 years. It is the uniqueness of the Medfive delivery system that makes our product work effectively.
13. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All products shipped for return must be UNOPENED with the original seal in place. Customer must pay shipping to return product. Products must be returned within ONE (1) month of receiving. No products may be returned greater than 30 days past the date product was received. NO exceptions.
Company will issue a refund in the form that product(s) were purchased payable to the original purchaser within 21 business days of the date of the return to our shipping department.
To make a return:
1. E-mail email@example.com to inform us that you would like to make an return, and request an Return Authorization number.
2. Print and complete the return form and enclose it with your exchange.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We recommend that you secure a tracking number and delivery confirmation to ensure that we receive the merchandise you are exchanging.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Please allow 4-6 weeks for orders to be processed. Med Five ships to all 50 States, and Internationally by USPS.
Med Five uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time a Med Five asks for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted. The information you provide will be stored securely on our servers.

Do not use this product if you are pregnant or nursing. If you are under a physician's care or taking medication, consult your health professional before taking this product. If you are taking or intend to take other detoxification treatments while on MedFive, please discuss this with your physician first. You should take minerals and vitamins when using this product – supplements and medications should be taken at least two hours apart from Step Two. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
It is not necessary to take other detox programs while on Med Five.
