Processing and Shipping Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (HST) will be processed and shipped out the next business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time and Carrier Responsibility
While we strive for next-day shipping, actual delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and your location.
Once an order has been shipped, Med Five is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or any unforeseen issues caused by the shipping provider.

Med Five ships to all 50 States, and Internationally by USPS.

Currently, Medfive ships to customers to the following countries: Great Britain, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Europe. There are additional charges for S&H for international orders based upon the destination.
